If you don’t have much time to cook and you want to eat well, this delicacy is ideal, it’s simple, easy, has few ingredients and a sweet and sour flavor that you’ll like.
You can even add the ingredients that you want and want, if in the case you want to combine the taste of raspberry with chocolate it would be a perfect complement, as you could also combine it with other fruits such as strawberries, blueberries and many other fruits that would come in handy. .

Start by gathering these ingredients:

-4 sheets of gelatin or gelatin
-450 grams of IQF Duero raspberries
-125 gr of Greek yogurt with sugar or natural sweetener.
-1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
-140 grams of sugar.
-200 grams of whipping cream.

Now to prepare it:

-The first thing you will do is hydrate the gelatin or gelatin in cold water and wait 5 minutes.

Stir until all these ingredients are integrated and you have your mixture.

-When the gelatin has already hydrated, drain it and pour it into a small bowl with 3 tablespoons of water and heat it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, so that the gelatin melts. You add the melted gelatin to the raspberry mixture, mix everything and put it in the refrigerator.

-With the mixer or blender, you start to beat and wait for it to start foaming, put it on high speed and wait until you get a cream.
-Now add the cream to the raspberry cream little by little and distribute it in the containers where you are going to enjoy it.

Store in your fridge for 3 hours and voila!
