Ingredients:
-2 cups flour
-2 teaspoons of baking powder
-3/4 cup oats
-1/4 cup sugar (optional)
-1 3/4 cup milk (more or less depending on taste)
-2 eggs
-20 grams of melted butter
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-a pinch of salt
-blueberries to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, oats, a pinch of salt and sugar.
2. Add milk, egg yolks, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Raise the whites to the point and add them to the mixture in an enveloping way.
4. Cook in a pan and add the blueberries in each pancake


Serve hot and with maple syrup.
