2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of water


1. In a large pot, bring the cranberries, lemon juice, sugar and water to a boil. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the cranberries have disintegrated and the texture is coarse. Taste the sweetness and enjoy.
