Do you feel bored of having the same smoothie every morning? Try something different by combining flavors
Strawberry and blackberry smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (pure pak or IQF)
1 cup blackberries (pure pak or IQF)
1 cup of unsweetened plain yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
¾ cup of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar in case you use IQF
1 teaspoon granola (optional)
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the blender in the following order: yogurt, milk, strawberries, blackberry, ice and sugar (if required). We process for 40 seconds to 1 minute at maximum speed or until the desired texture is achieved. Garnish with a halved strawberry and a tablespoon of granola.
