Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so try to always make it healthy. We share the recipe for chia pudding with strawberries that is not only delicious but also very nutritious.
-1 cup of IQF Duero strawberries
-¼ cup of chia seeds.
-1 cup of almond milk.
-½ tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
-2 tablespoons of honey.
-1 tablespoon chopped almonds (optional).
-Place the chia seeds, the milk together with the honey and the cinnamon in the blender
-Blend for 2 minutes until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
-Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
-When you serve, you can cut the strawberries into slices and add them.
-Decorate with chopped almonds if you want.
