Banana ice cream with only two ingredients!

-6 units of banana
-2 tablespoons of milk cream


  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Take the pieces to a bowl and reserve it in the freezer so that the bananas freeze and we can make our homemade creamy ice cream.
    The secret to making banana ice cream is to freeze the fruit very well, so be patient and allow as much time as necessary for them to be well frozen.
  2. With the help of a processor or blender, crush the frozen banana slices.
  3. Process the frozen bananas until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add the milk cream and thus we will obtain a much creamier mixture.
    In fact, the milk or cream is an optional ingredient since if you only crush the frozen bananas you will get a creamy mixture, identical to ice cream.
  4. Serve the homemade banana ice cream immediately, the important thing is that it does not melt and if you prefer, you can put it in the freezer to make it even more frozen.
