Guava marmalade
Ingredients:
-1 kilo of guava
-800 grams of sugar
-1 cup of water
-2 lemons (the peel)

Preparation:
-Remove part of the seeds from the guavas then cut the ends and chop them.
-Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and cook for an hour or until thickened.
-Check that the liquid is not consumed and caramelize.
-When the jam is thick, turn off the heat. Cool and store in jars, then refrigerate until consumed.
