Ingredients:
-1 cup raspberries (IQF are fine)
-1 cup heavy cream
-1/2 cup milk
-3 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 packet of gelatin
Preparation:
1️⃣ Hydrate the gelatin in a little water.
2️⃣ Heat the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla (without boiling).
3️⃣ Add the gelatin and mix well.
4️⃣ Blend the raspberries and strain for a smooth texture.
5️⃣ Combine everything, pour into molds, and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
Result: a silky texture with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
