Ingredients:
-2 cups of heavy cream
-1 vanilla pod (or vanilla extract)
-5 egg yolks
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C and prepare a bain-marie with hot water.
- Heat the heavy cream along with the vanilla bean (or a few drops of extract) in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat and let sit.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until smooth and pale.
- Slowly add the hot cream to the yolks while whisking continuously, to prevent them from cooking.
- Add the blueberries to the bottom of your ramekins or molds and pour the cream mixture on top.
- Place the molds in the bain-marie and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is firm but slightly jiggly.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle sugar over the top and caramelize with a kitchen blowtorch to achieve that characteristic crunchy layer.
